
SJHT provides accommodation to young people between 18 en 29 years of age with a minimum wage. For a single household (one person) the maximum income is €1537,-- gross a month. For a bouble family (two persons) the maximum income is € 1823,-- gross a month. SJHT will not accommodate families or young people with children.
All our unoccupied rooms are to be seen on this website (see: on offer). You will have to be registered at our foundation if you want to show your interest in any of our rooms. In the registration-menu you can enter online (see: application).

For the independent units (one-room and two-room apartments) there is a waiting list. You will have to be registered at our foundation if you want to show your interest in any of our apartments.
For the appartements there is a minimum income necessairy. The minimum income depends on the number of persons that will be renting the appartement. The minimum income in 2010 is:
We offer a great variety of accommodation. We let rooms in cosy houses dating from the thirties, but also possess highly modern buildings with marvellous apartments. In a quarter of Enschede called "Roombeek" SJHT has realised three apartment buildings. Below you can see some examples of buildings that we let.

Er zijn foutieve rekeningen verstuurd van Lococensus voor zuiveringsheffing en ingezetenenheffing. Huurders van onzelfstandige woonruimte (kamers) hoeven deze rekening niet zelf te betalen!
Met ingang van 1 januari 2011 gaat een nieuwe regeling in. Vraag hiervoor bij inschrijving al een IB-60 formulier aan. Zo voorkom je dat de huurovereenkomst niet kan worden getekend.
