Every year SJHT settles your GWE and service-account. This holds good only for units that have no independent account with the energy- or water-company. Your account will be settled through meter reading (a.o.t.). As soon as the result of the meter reading is known at SJHT, they will be passed on to Essent (gas and electricity) and Ista/Vitens (heating and water). These companies draw up an (interim) account for SJHT, so that we can send you the final bill at the end of the users' season. A users' season is from 1 July till 30 June.

NB: Pass the result of the meter reading only to SJHT and not to the companies mentioned, as we have our own agreements with these companies. Only if the meter reading cards have been sent to you by the companies, you can pass them on to them.
