How much do I have to pay for the SJHT registration?

The registration fee is from January 1 (2011) €15,-. You can remit the money on ING. 6459431.

If you don't have a bankaccount in Holland you have to use IBAN and BIC codes to remit the money (IBAN: NL60INGB0006459431, BIC: INGBNL2A).

You can also pay cash at the office counter. Your registration will be activated at the moment we receive the registration fee. After this you will receive a written confirmation. The registration fee cannot be refunded.

Advantages of registration

Once you have registered at SJHT you may react on the accommodation on offer. Your reaction can only be given on the internet. Therefore you need a password and login number. You will get your unique login code after registration.

If (for instance via a fellow-student) you qualify for an SJHT-room, you will have to register, too, before the room can be assigned to you. In the meantime the group informs SJHT of the fact that you have been chosen.

In order to qualify for an apartment, you will have to build up registration time. Of course you can do this only if you register. You are placed on the waiting-list. The accommodation on offer will not be shown on the internet.

How to register?

There are several possibilities to register with us. You can register by means of this website. Choose online registration in the menu on the left and fill in the registration form. You can also register at our office. If you have no access to the internet, or cannot come to our office, we can simply send you a registration form.

For your registration we need a copy of your ID. On registration via our website you may email your ID-copy.
