How to react upon the accommodation on offer?

It is possible to react on the accommodation on offer via our website. You can react directly on one or more rooms, after which you will receive information to contact the present tenants, via e-mail. In order to be able to react on the available accommodation you will receive a registration/login number and a password.                                                                                                     

To obtain your login code you are to take the following steps one time:

• choose the accommodation menu (top left)
• choose the folder log in
• choose login data forgotten
• if you want to receive your login number and password via e-mail, only fill in your e-mail adress
• if you want to read the data directly on your computer screen, apply for your login data by filling in your name and adress
• choose apply for login number and password

Every time you want to react on our available accommodation you are to take the following steps:

• choose the accommodation menu (top left)
• choose the folder now on offer
• choose a room
• choose add voucher (by pushing the red cross you can delete the voucher, if necessary)
• choose back if you want to react on other rooms
• by choosing survey reactions you can have a look at your vouchers before sending them
• choose send
• fill in you login number and password and choose send.

After having sent in your vouchers, you cannot delete them anymore. You will receive an automatic e-mail with contact information from the group to make an appointment for being shown around.
