Tenant's contract

You have accepted living-accommodation. You have confirmed this to SJHT. You will receive a letter of confirmation containing information how to proceed.

In order to sign your contract we need:

International student:

1.       Information for the European regulations

• Valid ID

   

• Declaration of a income below € 33.614 or an equivalent sum in other currency;

2.       Information for regulations of the SJHT

• Proof of a scholarship (non-resident);

   

• Proof of income (two months);

   

• Proof of gouvernement benefits;

   

• Declaration of a parental warrant with a valid ID;

   

• A letter's declaration, if you have lived on your own.

   

No student:

1.       Information for the European regulations

• Valid ID;

   

• Declaration of a income below € 33.614 or an equivalent sum in other currency or a IB-60 form.

2.       Information for regulations of the SJHT

• Proof of income (two months);

   

• Proof of gouvernement benefits;

   

• Declaration of a parental warrant with a valid ID;

   

• A letter's declaration, if you have lived on your own.  

   

The first month's rental and the deposit are to be paid in cash or by card. The deposit for a group-room or an one-room apartment being € 80 and for a two-room apartment € 160. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease and after re-delivering of the unit, provided you have no unsettled bills.
