Independent units

SJHT lets independent units (apartments) in Enschede and Hengelo. All independent units are to be found close to the city-centres of Enschede and Hengelo. If you want to apply as a single renter, your net monthly wage will have to be at least €593. You are not allowed to earn more than €1537 gross a month.

When you are renting with two persons, you will have to prove an income of at least €880,- a month. You are not allowed to earn more than €1823,- gross a month. 

All our apartments are offered via the waiting list. You wil get a personal offer when you are heading our waiting list. 

The SJHT lets two types of apartments:

A one-room apartement consists of a bed/sitter containing kitchen unit, shower and lavatory.
 
A two-room apartment consists of a living-room, a bedroom, kitchen unit, shower and lavatory.

Er zijn foutieve rekeningen verstuurd van Lococensus voor zuiveringsheffing en ingezetenenheffing. Huurders van onzelfstandige woonruimte (kamers) hoeven deze rekening niet zelf te betalen!

Met ingang van 1 januari 2011 gaat een nieuwe regeling in. Vraag hiervoor bij inschrijving al een IB-60 formulier aan. Zo voorkom je dat de huurovereenkomst niet kan worden getekend.
